Measuring transistor using multi meter
A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify or switch electronic signals and electrical power. It is composed of semiconductor material usually with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit.
All ways bipolar transistor have three pin which named as following.
- Base
- Collector
- Emitter
How to know Emitter pin, Collector pin and Base pin. Use multi meter to know it.
First set your multi meter in continuity mode and then connect
multi meter with transistor by changing pin and record the value.
