Samsung phone problems identification and its solutions

My phone is freezing, running slow, repair did not work, spazzing out! What You can do?

Performing a cache reset can resolve issues like continuous resetting/rebooting, crashing, freezing, can’t make or receive calls, and other general software related problems. This process is similar to clearing your browser history on a web browser on your computer. Phones are small computers after all.

Cache Reset – This should not erase your data, but it is always a good idea to do a backup. With your device turned on

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold these three buttons at the same time: Volume Up, Home, Power Button.
  3. When “Note 3” appears on the screen, let go of the continue to hold down: Volume Up and Home Button.
  4. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
  5. Press the Volume Down Button to select: Wipe Cache Partition.
  6. Press the Power Button to select and wipe the cache.
  7. With Reboot System Now highlighted, press the Power Button to restart the device.

I did a cache reset, but my phone is still not working correctly. What you can do?
A hard reset can resolve issue like: blank or frozen screen, crashing apps, touch screen problems, no audio, random noises, no call functionality or sync errors.
