A 24vdc motors which run the conveyor belt met the following condition
If the overall power switch is ON and the first sensor detect the presence of the object on the belt. Before any actuation start the quality sensors checks if the object is good or not.the ones is not good are taken to line 1 of the conveyor belt, and good ones are taken to line 2.
LED’S diode with 24vdc used to show the response of each conveyor line as output.
- S1=power the system.
- S2=detect presence of the object on the belt.
- S3= sensors checks if the object is good or not.
- System not detect presence of the object on the belt.
- System detect presence of the good object on the belt.
- System detect presence of the bad/not good object on the belt.
- Resistor R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R8,R9=10K
- Transistor Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6=2N2222
- Diode D1,D2=LED
- Switch=A,B,C
- Power supply=24v
