It works up to 10 meter distance.
This is the very simple circuit diagram of IR remote control switch. We uses normal switch in our daily life and after a long time used to these switching system we can no more interested in that . This is a good solution for a unique and so interesting idea to wireless switching system to control the home appliance. IR (Infrared) Remote controlled switch circuit diagram for Light/Fan Appliance
Connect this circuit to any of the home appliances like TV, radio, lamp, fan etc, to make their switching on and o options simpler. This circuit can be activated from about 10 meters distance. The working principle of this remote control for home
This home made wireless remote controlled switch system is a very easy to construct and can change our living experience. TSOP1738 is used in the circuit for sensing the infrared signal output from remote. Here we can use any TV, USB player or DVD remote and it works up to 10 meter distance.
The amplified signal is fed to the CLK pin-14 of the decade counter IC1 CD4017. The pin-8 of the IC1 is connected to the ground, the pin-16 is connected to VCC and the pin3 is connected to LED B, which is red. When the appliance is switched o, the red LED B glows. The output of the IC1 is taken from the pin 2 and is connected to LED A, which is green.
When the appliance is on this green LED A glows. The pin2 of IC1 is connected to the transistor T2 and drives relay RL1. The diode D1 1N4007 acts as a freewheeling diode. The home appliance to be controlled is connected between the neutral terminal of the mains and the pole of the relay. When the relay energizes, it gets connected to the live terminal of the AC mains via a normally opened contact.
TSOP1738 is the IR receiver module .TSOP 17…. Series Photomodules are miniature IR sensor modules with PIN photodiode and a preamplifier stage enclosed in an epoxy case. Its output is active low and gives +5 V when off.The important features of the module includes internal filter for PCM frequency, TTL and CMOS compatibility, low power consumption (5 volt and 5 mA), immunity against ambient light, noise protection etc. 1738 is sensitive for 38khz frequency.
- TSOP 1730 5V 30 kHz
- TSOP 1736 5V 36 kHz
- TSOP 1738 5V 38 kHz
- TSOP 1756 5V 56 kHz
Photo-modules are 3 pin devices. These pins are assigned for +V,–V and output. The pin assignment of TSOP 17… series from the front side (projected side) is Pin 1 Ground, Pin 2 + 5V and pin 3 Output. The photo module requires regulated 5V supply. If the supply voltage increases, the device will be destroyed
When the Remote is not pressed then the output of TSOP sensor is HIGH . After the pressing any key buttom of remote the output of sensor goes LOW for a Moment . As this case the input clock pulse is changed for a moment at pin no 14 of IC 4017. As Clock pulse is changed the State of This Ic is changed also and then output is changed . The output is Remain in same state Untill the Clock pulse at pin no is changed therefore as result the remote is able to changing the state of 4017 and output turns ON and turn OFF the transistor and Connected Load is Switched ON and Switched OFF after Every Key Pressing Of remote.
I just have to introduce this hacker that I have been working with him on getting my credit score been boosted across the Equifax, TransUnion and Experian report. He made a lot of good changes on my credit report by erasing all the past eviction, bad collections and DUI off my credit report history and also increased my FICO score above 876 across my three credit bureaus report you can contact him for all kind of hacks .
